TOLEDO TOWER OF TROPICANA NOW PRIMED FOR TURNOVER
Horizon Land Inc.’s Tropicana Garden City is taking shape as scheduled, with the Toledo Tower all set for turn-over to its buyers. "The Toledo tower is already 100 percent completed and ready for occupancy," reported Mr. Jose Mari Banzon, general manager of Federal Land, Inc. "The administrative team has already scheduled the turnover sessions with the owners.”
